Abuja - Senate President, Bukola Saraki is set to appease Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) senators with juicy committees for failing to stand with them when they needed him, reports Daily Trust.
Saraki incurred the wrath of the PDP senators with the confirmation of their perceived political foe, former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi, as a minister last Thursday.

Saraki rode on the strength of the PDP senators to emerge as Senate President.
To appease the senators, the Senate President has reportedly increased to number of committees from 57 to 65 so as to accommodate more members from the PDP.
Barring last minute change, Saraki is expected to name members of the various committees of the Senate in the first week of November.
