Abuja - There are strong indications that President Muhammadu Buhari has forwarded the names of his ministerial nominees to the Senate for screening, reports Daily Trust.
Buhari’s Special Adviser on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang, submitted the names to the upper chamber on Tuesday night.
Many senators confirmed the receipt of the list but would prefer not to comment since they did not know the content of the message delivered by Senator Enang.

Sources within the presidency said most of those that have been seen regularly with Buhari in recent weeks, either in Nigeria or on his foreign trips made the list.
Those who could make the list are former Ekiti state governor, Kayode Fayemi, former Chief of Army Staff, Abdurrahman Dambazau, former CBN governor Charles Soludo, and three former governors from the south.
