Supreme court throws suit against Amaechi out

Abuja – The suit filed at the Supreme Court by former governor of Rivers stateCelestine Omehia to remove the present governor Rotimi Amaechi has been thrown out, reports Daily Post.
The court judge said the case lacked merit and was an abuse of court process.
The apex court validated Governor Amaechi as governor of Rivers State
Celestine Omehia took Governor Amaechi to court after he was substituted as the governor of the state.
