Yenagoa - Former governor of Bayelsa State and flag-bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forthcoming December 5 Bayelsa governorship election, Timipre Sylva has berated Governor Adams Oshiomhole for failing to conduct a peaceful and credible primary election of the party, reports Vanguard.
Sylva, who spoke shortly after he was declared winner of the rescheduled primary, noted that what Oshiomhole was incapable of doing just a few days ago, has been achieved by a retired general and his team.

He stated that politicians have a lot to learn from the military with the successful conduct of the rescheduled primary.
Both Sylva and Oshiomhole have been at loggerheads over the conduct of the party’s governorship primary election.
The party’s National Working Committee (NWC) had replaced Oshiomhole, approving the appointment of Brig-Gen. Mansur Dan Ali (retd.) as Chairman of the gubernatorial primary election committee.
