Sokoto - A month after he was sworn-in as the governor of Sokoto State, Gov Amimu Tambuwal seems not to be having it easy with his predecessor, Aliyu Wamakko, reports Nigerian Pilot.
The development is not unconnected with conflicting interest of politicians in the state, especially those within the fold of the All Progressives Congress (APC)

Unlike most states where the new governors have announced their Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and cabinet members, Tambuwal has been unable to name his cabinet, including his SSG.
Wammako had shown interest in deciding who gets what in the new government.
Tambuwal is, however, bent on on dismantling whatever political structures Wamakko had built in the last 16 years, starting from his years as the deputy governor to the time of Bafarawa.
