Abuja - Embattled Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal on Monday headed back to the Federal High Court in Abuja to file a new suit to stop the House of Representatives from removing him from office pending the determination of the suit he filed on Friday, reports NewsDay.
In the new suit, Tambuwal is also praying the court to temporarily stop the Independent National Electoral Commission from conducting a bye election to fill his position pending the determination of the suit.

He also wants the court to compel the federal government and its agents to stop interfering in his rights and privileges as the speaker of the House of Representatives pending the determination of the suit.
Tambuwal had on Friday filed a motion on notice seeking the restoration of his security aides, who were withdrawn on the orders of President Goodluck Jonathan.
