11 December 2014, 21:25

Nwazunku’s reinstatement by a High Court in the state is creating uneasy calm in the camp of the governor.

The thinking in the camp of the governor is that Nwazunku may mobilize his colleagues to remove Elechi in retaliation for being the brain behind his removal.

Before the ruling of the court presided over by Justice Anselem Nwaigwe, a crowd made up of mainly supporters Elechi  had gathered at the court premises to protest against the sitting of the court.

Nwazunku was impeached by a splinter group of the assembly in November, paving the way for the Deputy Speaker, Blaise Oji to be declared Speaker.
