Lagos - Former governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has denied reports that he has endorsed one of the aspirants jostling to become the next governor of Lagos State, reports Leadership.
Tinubu, who spoke during a meeting with all the 14 governorship aspirants in the party , said he has not endorsed any of the aspirants and that a level-playing field would be created for all of them.

Tinubu, while responding an allegation raised by one of the aspirants, Tunde Disu, that he has anointed a former Accountant-General of the State, Akinwunmi Ambode to emerge as the governorship candidate of the party, noted that all the aspirants are equal before him.
He urged all the aspirants to unite in the interest of party, saying the party is faced with the growing threat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
