Jos - The Plateau State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has granted the request of the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in the March 28 governorship election in the state, Gyang Pwajok, to invite a forensic expert to give evidence of his findings before the panel, reports Punch.
Presiding Judge, Justice Samuel Candido-Johnson, in his ruling on Wednesday, noted that for justice to be seen to have been done, all parties must be given the full benefit of presenting their cases.

The Judge stated that Section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended, guarantees fair hearing to all citizens.
Pwajok is challenging the declaration of Governor Simon Lalong of the All Progressives Congress (APC) by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC0 as Plateau State governor in the election.
