Delivering judgement in favour of Ortom, Chairman of the tribunal, Justice Elizabeth Karatu, held that Ortom met all the criteria for being recognised as the validly elected candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the election.
She went further to point out that the petitioner failed to provide valid evidence to show that the APC did not hold its primary as required by law.
