Lagos - The governorship ambition of Senator Ganiyu Solomon on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) received a major boost as two other APC governorship aspirants have voluntarily stepped down, reports Daily independent.
The two aspirants are Taiwo Akintunde Kara and a former Head of Service of the state, Adesegun Ogunlewe.
Their decision to step down for Solomon was to pave the way for a consensus candidate to emerge from the Ikorudu division of the state.
