Lagos - The immediate past governor of Delta State, Dr Emmanuel
Uduaghan, has reacted strongly to reports suggesting he was involved in a
so-called running battle with successor, Ifeanyi Okowa.
Uduaghan, speaking through his former Chief Press
Secretary, Sunny Ogefere, lashed at media for such suggestions.
“We recognise the fact that these are desperate times for
political jobbers who will stop at nothing to create storms where none exist in
order to achieve their inordinate.

Ogefere said Uduaghan was not in any “running battle”
with his successor.
"Of course, some people may have tried to create one
using hirelings as the author of the story under reference, but as is always
the case, any venture founded on satanic motives will collapse,” Ogefere said.
He appealed to media to be cautious when reporting on
