Abuja - Another court has stopped the Peoples Democratic Party from conducting election in 18 National officers at its May 21 2016 convention scheduled for Port Harcourt Rivers, reports Sun.
The court, which is sitting in Abuja asked the ruling party to put on hold the elections into some national office in the party
The court stopped election into offices of the National Secretary and National Auditor of the party.

Early in the week, a court in Lagos stopped the PDP convention, reports Today.
In its ruling on Thursday, Justice A.B. Mohammed of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory [FCT] held that the tenure of the National Secretary and National Auditor of the party will expire by December 2018 while the remaining officer’s tenure will expire by August 30, 2017.
