Yenagoa - The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State has raised an alarm over alleged attacks on its members by agents of the state government after Gov. Seriake Dickson was declared winner of the governorship election in the state, reports Daily Post.
The party described the attacks on its members as unwarranted and height of political victimization.
The party, in a save-our-soul message by the Director of Media and Publicity of the Sylva/Igiri Campaign Organization, alleged that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) loyalists in the various local government areas of the state have started unleashing violence on APC members, destroying their houses and looting their personal belongings.

The party appealed security agents in the state to check the spate of violent attacks on APC members and their families across the state.
The party also called on the police to arrest all those who had engaged themselves in the the unwholesome acts of attacks on its members and prosecute them in accordance with the laws.
