The APC in a statement issued on Wednesday in Yenagoa by its Publicity Secretary, Panebi Fortune, said the action of the former Speaker, Kombowei Benson, is against relevant provision of the law guiding the conduct of a public officer.
The party also berated Gov. Seriake Dickson for denigrating the judiciary with his decision to present the 2016 state budget to the former Speaker.
