Abuja - Some leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) have voiced their dissatisfaction with the decision by President Muhammadu Buhari to retain some of the political appointees appointed by his predecessor in office, Goodluck Jonathan, reports Punch.
The leaders faulted the decision of Buhari not to sack the appointees.
They noted that it was as if the President was rewarding members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and punishing APC members.

They said most of the heads of departments and agencies are members of the PDP who worked for Jonathan during the 2015 general elections.
The APC leaders listed some of those that they want Buhari to sack.
The list include Onyeka Onwenu, Director-General of the National Women Centre; Mike Omeri Director-General of the National Orientation Agency; former Special Adviser to Jonathan on Media and Publicity, Ima Niboro, who is the Managing Director of the News Agency of Nigeria and Sola Omole , Director-General of the Nigeria Television Authority.
The leaders have called for their sacking and the appointment of APC members in their stead.
