Makurdi - Following its loss in Saturday’s Benue South senatorial rerun election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has reviewed the conduct of some of its members who compromised during the election, reports Daily Post.
The party has suspended no fewer than 50 members over anti-party activities.
Those suspended were former Minority Leader of the House of Reps, Nelson Alapa, Obande Obeya, Sylvester Obeya (Vice Chairman Okpokwu), Adidu Iwo (Vice Chairman Otukpo LG), Hon Paul Adoyi (Fmr Caretaker Chairman, Ogbadibo LG), George Adah (Caretaker Chairman Okpokwu LG), Ode Akoji (APC secretary Otukpo LG).

Others are Noah Dickson, Godwin Atta (APC Secretary Apa LG), Ochofije Uji (APC chairman Oji ward, Apa LG), Ochoche Iduh (APC chairman Oba ward, Apa LG), Sulaiman Aledu-Agatu, George Ehigocho (Ward Chairman Edikuni I, Apa LG), Sunday Achigili (Ward chairman Edikuni II).
The party said they remained suspended until they absolve themselves of the misconduct of anti-party activities during the conduct of the election.
