Bello in a directive through his Chief of Staff, Edward Onoja, said he is committed to his contract with the people of the state to promote the rule of law and ensure that no one is oppressed based on political beliefs or any other reason whatsoever.
Bello said the exercise should be carried out without rancour, regardless of political differences.
The order, however, excludes chairmen that were removed via impeachment.
