Abuja - The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the election of Yahaya Bello as governor of Kogi State, reports Premium Times
The court dismissed the two appeals challenging the election of Bello.
The appeals according to News 24 were filed by a former Governor of Kogi State, Idris Wada and the former deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), James Faleke.
The court, however, did not provide reasons for its judgment.

It said detailed reasons for the verdict would be provided on Friday, September 30.
