Abuja - A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, to vacate office immediately, reports Punch.
Ikpeazu was accused of submitting false information to his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the party’s governorship primary in December 2014.
Uche Oga had dragged the governor to court for lying about some of the information he submitted to his party during the governorship primary.

The court presided over by Justice Okon Abang in its ruling on the case on Monday ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately issue a certificate of return to Ogah, who polled the second highest number of votes in the primary.
