Asaba - Two high ranking legislators of Delta State House Assembly have been suspended over alleged plot to impeach the Speaker, Monday Igbuya, reports Sahara Reporters.
The suspended members are the Chief Whip, Pat Ajudua and the former Deputy Majority Leader of the House.
The duo were accused of plotting to instigate other members to remove the Speaker.

The Speaker allegedly learned about the plot to overthrow him after the lawmakers returned from a N750 million jamboree training session in Atlanta, Georgia.
The news of the plot galvanized the House leadership who, acting as one, moved quickly to suspend Ajudua and Erijo from their positions.
The suspension of the two legislators followed a motion moved by the Majority Leader, Tim Owhefere.
The motion, which was unanimously adopted by the House, was seconded by the Minority Leader, Festus Okoh.
