Abuja - Bayelsa State Governor Seriake Dickson has pleaded with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to declare him the winner of the December 5 poll in the state, Naij reports.
Speaking ahead of the Januray 9 supplementary election, Dickson disclosed that he had won six of the seven local government areas in the state, clearly showing that he should be declared winner and not the All Progressive Congress' (APC) Chief Timpre Sylva.
