Uyo - Chairman of Daar Communications, Raymond Dokpesi, has promised to lead the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) back to power in 2019, reports Today.
Dokpesi is one of the candidates vying for the national chairmanship position of the PDP at the party’s National Convention billed for August 17 in Port Harcourt, Rivers state capital.
Other contenders for the chairmanship position are the immediate National Deputy Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus; the immediate past National Vice Chairman (South-south), Dr. Cairo Ojougboh and former governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel, reports News 24
Others are a former governorship candidate of the PDP in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje, former Education Minister, Professor Tunde Adeniran and Senator Bode Olajumoke

Dokpesi said he has everything it takes to rebuild and reposition the party and lead it back to power in 2019.
Dokpesi gave the assurance when he took his campaign to Akwa Ibom state.
He said his records as a pioneer of successful projects in the past rightly positioned him as the right man to lead the rebuilding process of the PDP.
