Benin City - Some aggrieved members of the Peoples Democratic Party in Edo State are demanding for the sack of the party’s state Chairman, Dan Orbih , reports Vanguard.
The members have approached the High Court in Benin to challenge Obuah’s continued stay in office after the expiration of his tenure in September 2105.
They also want other leaders of the party across the 18 local government areas removed on the same ground.

The members led by one Osula Ehi, from ward 12 Oredo, prayed the court in suit number B/12/02/16, to restrain the PDP Chairman and others from parading themselves as lawful occupants of the offices.
They also want the court to compelled the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party to set up a caretaker committee to run the affairs of the party until fresh congresses were held.
