Abuja - Chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State on Tuesday met in Abuja as part of the moves to reposition the state chapter of the party.
The meeting was initiated by the former governor of the state, Segun Oni, who is the APC's deputy National Vice-Chairman (South).
The four-hour-long meeting was held at the party’s national headquarters.
Another former governor of the state, Niyi Adebayo, who briefed journalists at the end of the meeting noted that nobody in the country is happy with how Governor Ayodele Fayose is turning Ekiti State into a pariah state.
He said the meeting was convened to bring all the members of the state chapter together to create an unbeatable opposition against the Fayose’s administration.
