Abuja - An end to the crisis bedevilling the Peoples Democratic Party seems to be in sight as eminent Nigerians have brokered a peace between the Ali Modu Shefiff faction and the Ahmed Makarfi led Caretaker Committee, reports Thisday
National Secretary of the Sheriff faction, Prof. Wale Oladipo revealed this on Thursday during a press conference in Abuja.

Oladipo, who was speaking on the progress so far made in the reconciliation process, said both Sheriff and Makarfi have agreed to set up a 24-man joint reconciliation committee to finalise the peace deal.
Oladipo according to Today said the committee would comprise committed PDP leaders and members from all over the country to chart the way forward for the party.
Oladipo who said that Sheriff ‘is away on a foreign trip however promised that committee will be inaugurated very soon so that PDP can bounce back to reckoning.
He assured that his faction will give flexible and realistic conditions for the resolution of the crisis in the party.
