Abuja - There are indications that the legally-recognised deputy governor-elect of Kogi State, James Abiodun Faleke, may not attend Tuesday’s presentation of Certificate of Return to the new governor-elect of the state, Yahaya Bello, reports The Nation.
Faleke has so far shunned all entreaties to work with Bello.
He has opted to resume legislative duties in the House of Representatives.

He also chairs the House Committee on Customs and Excise.
Faleke returned to the chambers of House on Tuesday to a warm reception from his colleagues.
On being sighted entering the chamber, Faleke was greeted with a round of applause from his colleagues.
He held a brief chat with Speaker Yakubu Dogara before resuming to take his seat.
