Bauchi - Former governor of Bauchi State, Isa Yuguda, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Yuguda said his decision to dump the opposition party was based on personal reasons.

The former governor stated that remaining in the party would be unfair to himself and his supporters, adding that what is currently going on in the party was contrary to the doctrine of his Islamic religion.
He noted that the PDP is no longer the party that can give Nigerians the kind of future they are looking for.
He, however, denied that he had joined the All Progressives Congress (APC)
