Lafia - Former Secretary to Nasarawa State, Philip Dada has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join forces with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Philip Dada decamped alongside the former Commissioner for Cultural and Tourism, Hon Dauda Esu and one-time Permanent Secretary in Nasarawa State, Silas Dako, reports Authority.
Dada described the PDP as a party that has lost direction and therefore not a platform that any-body can contributes meaningfully and bring development to his community.
Receiving the decampees, APC Chairman in the state, Philip Tatari, expressed delight over the decision taken by the people who feel there is need for them to join their brothers and sisters in APC to actualise their political dreams.

He described them as experienced people that can assist in fighting corruption and bring development to the party as well as tackle the present economic recession in the country.
