Calabar - A former Special Assistant to ex- Senate President, David Mark, Victor Abang, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Peoples Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports National Mirror.

Abang, who is also a strong ally of former Senate leader, Senator Victor Ndoma -Egba, defected alongside with fifteen members of the executive in his Kakwagom Bawop ward in Cross River State.

Giving reasons for his movement to the APC,  he said it was to enable him and his supporters play politics in a level playing ground.

They assured him and his supporters of fair play and justice at all times.
