Uyo - Gov. Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has vowed to challenge the nullification of his election as governor of the state by the Court of Appeal on Friday, reports Sun.
Gov Emmanuel said he has instructed his lawyers to appeal the Court of Appeal decision in the Supreme Court.
The appeal court had cancelled the entire April 11, 2015 governorship election that produced Governor Em¬manuel of the Peoples Democratic Par¬ty (PDP) on account of gross irregularities in the election.

Gov Emmanuel said though he is not afraid of going for a fresh election, he wants to exhaust all the legal option.
