Maiduguri - Gov Kashim Shettima of Borno State has denied knowledge of the purported presidential campaign posters currently circulating in the nation’s capital, Abuja in which pictures of the Imo State governor Rochas okorocha, appeared alongside his own as presidential and vice presidential candidates for 2019, reports Leadership
The governor said while he was not worried about whatever political objective was aimed by those who fraudulently produced and pasted the posters, his major concern was that sponsors of the posters had a wicked agenda of undermining the current cordial relationship between the Borno State government and President Muhammadu Buhari’s led administration.

He stated that the posters could also scupper the good relations between the state and the Federal Government which has helped in turning the tide against the Boko Haram insurgency.
