Abuja - The Labour Party is considering taken legal measures to stop the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from conducting the governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa States based on the current time table, reports ThisDay.
This is because according to the party, the decision on the dates for the two elections as well as other guidelines were approved under the immediate past INEC board when the tenure of most of the members had already expired.
