Lokoja - Despite the directive by the Senate and the House of Representatives to the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase to seal the Kogi State House of Assembly, the minority faction in House on Tuesday sat, with the factional Speaker, Ahmed Umar Imam presiding.
This is the second time the faction will be defying the resolutions of both houses of the National Assembly,

Tuesday’s sitting was, however, short as a quorum was not formed.
Imam took his seat at exactly 12noon, and quickly commenced proceedings.
He, however, noted that the house has not formed a quorum and asked that members present allow for others to take their seats before proceeding.
Having waited for a brief moment, without quorum, he adjourned sitting till Thursday, March 24.
