Awka - A popular pastor in Anambra State slumped and became unconscious after he lost an election in his community, reports PM News.
Pastor Pius Chigbo, who presides over Covenant Church of Yaweh in Umuchu, Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State, had presented himself as one of the contestants for the position of the President General of the community.
He had allegedly spent huge sums of money during the campaign for the election.

Chigbo, however, did not get a single vote on the day of election because of the allegation that he shared money to the people to win the election.
Shocked by the development, he walked out of the venue of the voting and on his way back home, slumped and became unconscious.
It took the intervention of some people who rushed him to a nearby hospital where he was revived.
