Sheriff in a statement released by his Senior Personal Assistant on Media, Inuwa Bwala, said the electoral umpire had given cause to merit his party’s support going by the rerun and by-elections so far conducted across the country.
The PDP Chairman noted that the fact that PDP lost some and won some of the elections presupposes that INEC maintained its neutrality.
He therefore urged Yakubu to continue in that spirit.
He assured the INEC chairman that he was working hard towards re-positioning the PDP by conducting credible congresses and the national convention of the party in no distant future.
