Lokoja - The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State has praised the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari to keep a distance from the choice of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the November 21st governorship election in the state, Abubakar Audu, reports National Mirror.
The party said the President has not allowed himself to be swayed by the political antics to support the aspiration of Audu to govern the state again.
In a statement signed by its publicity secretary, Bode Ogunmola, the party described the President’s action as wise and commendable so as not to dent his well-built image.

The party noted that the body-language of Buhari is quite obvious, pointing out that a man like him who is well known for his integrity, will not allow his image to be dragged to the mud.
