Lagos - Some members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos State, who served as party agents during the last general elections have protested against the non- payment of their allowances seven months after the elections, reports Punch.
The protesters served as the party’s agents in Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area of the state during the elections.

The agents, who thronged the party’s state secretariat in Ikeja on Thursday, carrying placards and chanting songs to express their grievances, demanded the payment of their allowances.
They urged the acting National Chairman of the party, Uche Secondus, and the Lagos State Chairman of the PDP, Tunji Shelle, to intervene in the matter.
