Abuja - Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in South-west, Olabode George on Friday obtained a nomination form to contest for the office of the National Chairman of the party during the party's National Convention in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The convention is slated for August 17.
The party had on Thursday zoned the position to the South-west.

Other contenders for the chairmanship position are a former Vice chairman of the party in the South-west, Bode George, former governor of Ogun State, Gbenga Daniel, former governorship candidate of the party in Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje, former Education Minister, Professor Tunde Adeniran and Senator Bode Olajumoke
