The reaching out is alleged to be a desperate move to reach a favourable agreement with top political figures in the country.
Though Saraki is alleged to have sent a delegation to Vice President, Yemi Osinbanjo while Buhari was away on vacation, the visit is claimed to be part of reaching out to the president.
He has also tried to reach Tinubu by sending emissaries but reports have stated that he has cut all ties with the Kwara State Ex-Governor.
