Akure - The Ali Modu Sheriff faction of Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) in Ondo State has shifted its governorship primary to Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, reports The Nation
The shift was to prevent a situation where the primary would be disturbed by suspected agents of the other faction in the state.
The exercise would now hold at the PDP Southwest zonal secretariat in Ibadan on Monday.

Five aspirants including Jimoh Ibrahim, Chief Sola Ebiseeni, Prince Bamiduro Dada, Hon Niran Sule-Akinsuyi and Abiye Ademoyegun have taken their forms from Sheriff’s faction of the PDP.
The Ahmed Makarfi faction had already produced Eyitayo Jegede as candidate of the PDP which is the ruling party in the state, reports News 24
