Abuja - The Supreme Court has fixed Tuesday, September 20 to deliver judgment in the two appeal brought by former governor of Kogi State, Idris Wada and former All Prgoressives Congress (APC) governorship running mate, James Faleke, against Governor Yahaya Bello, reports Daily Trust.
The court has asked all parties in the matter to submit the authorities they cited during their arguments to assist it in writing the judgment.

Wada and Faleke, had both appealed the decision of the Appeal Court which upheld the election of Governor Bello.
A five-member panel of justices of the appellate court according to News 24 had in a unanimous judgement read by Justice Jummai Sankey on August 4, 2016, upheld the verdict of the Kogi State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Abuja, which dismissed James Faleke’s petition.
