Abuja - The suspended Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Comrade Timi Frank has taken the national
leadership of his party, to court over his suspension from the party by the leadership of South-south zone, reports The Nation.
Frank was last two weeks suspended by the South-South Zonal Committee of the party.
The party has been served with the court summons to appear on Tuesday before Court 23 sitting in the Apo District of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
It was gathered that the party has assembled a legal team to represent it at the court.

Frank however may be finally pushed out of the party for ignoring the internal mechanisms aimed at resolving crises with the party.
