Lagos - GLOBAL technology firm, Oracle, announced it would next month showcase its innovations in the country next month as part of a series of its global series.
The event will be held under the auspices of Oracle Day 2013 in Abuja on November 5. Oracle Day events, under the headline,
Held under the theme, “Converge. Connect. Empower the Modern Enterprise,” this is part of a series that will see Oracle hold similar events across 30 cities across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
“Bringing the major OpenWorld announcements to countries beyond the United States gives Oracle an opportunity to expose the power of hardware and software engineered to work together at Oracle Days. Delegates at the event, he said, would learn how business can leverage disruptive technologies such as cloud, mobile, social, analytics and big data as well as the internet.
Keynote presentations would engage and inform with videos, vignettes, and use cases, illustrating how Oracle customers are putting innovation into practice.
“Each event will be a powerhouse combination of business- and technology-focused tracks, all dedicated to one goal: showing Oracle customers and prospects how the power of simplicity can change IT to a force that drives business innovation,” said Sanni.
