Abuja - ABS has halved their players’ and coaches’ salaries until they improve their lackluster form in the Glo Premier League, the club said.
The Ilorin-based side also gave the coaching crew under Kabir Dogo a three-match ultimatum by which the team’s form has to improve.
The club’s financier, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki, is said to be furious after a 2-2 home draw with Wikki Tourists on Sunday.
“The players and the coaching crew must now tighten their belts or face the consequence of being thrown out of the team,” Bashir Jimoh, the club's spokesman, said.
