Lagos - Super Eagles will face an uphill task on their way
to the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Group G, as they’ve been handed strong
opposition in Egypt, Tanzania and Chad.
Qualifiers will be played on a home and away basis, the
group winners and two best second placed teams join hosts Gabon for finals.
Nigeria did not qualify for the 2013 edition played in Equatorial
Guinea and won by Ivory Coast.
The AFCON 2013 champions will now have to work better to
book a ticket to Gabon 2017.
