Abuja - Akwa United technical adviser, Patrick Udoh, has pleaded with his wards to discontinue the ongoing boycott of training over unpaid entitlements and salaries.
The Promise Keepers have not trained since Monday and have vowed to continue with the boycott until their arrears of last season's signing-on fees and current season salaries are fully paid, SuperSport reports.
Udoh said though he understands the difficult position of the players he still implored them to re-consider their tough stand and return to training while discussion with the management continues.
