Lagos - Former Nigerian international, Adokiye Amiesimaka has voiced his sentiments following the news that John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Apam Onyekachi have all opted out of this month's international friendly against Venezuela, Supersport reports.
The players were on Sunday excused from the game by head coach of the Nigerian national team, Stephen Keshi for "different reasons." Chelsea midfielder, Mikel told Keshi he had "family issues" to deal with but Amiesimaka was not impressed.
“Three of them at the same time? Mere coincidence or stage-managed ploy to miss (the game)? What may the ‘family issues' (with Mikel) be?” Amiesimaka queried.
