Amoebi's future uncertain at Newcastle

24 April 2014, 16:12

Abuja - Newcastle United forward Shola Ameobi is uncertain about his future as he is yet to discuss a contract with the club.
The forward has made more appearances for Newcastle than any other current player at the club but his contract runs up until the end of the season.
In a chat with SkySports, Amoebi said, “We’ll discuss everything about my future at the end of the season.
“I haven’t really thought about what might or might not happen at all yet because this isn’t the right moment,” he told SkySports.
He added: “There’s a lot going on at the moment, and things are pretty tense.
“We have to make sure we don’t let this season fizzle out, and then once it’s finished, that’ll be the time to get around a table and talk about the future,” he added.
