United, Daniel Amokachi says his team will improve after they were bundled out
of the Federation Cup by fellow Premier League side, Nasarawa United.
Amokachi, who is yet to officially take charge of the team
and was in the stand for the game, says the team will make improvements before
the season ends.

“It is quite unfortunate that we have exited the competition
but I can assure you that we will make improvements as the season progresses,”
Amokachi said after the loss to Nasarawa.
“These things happen and it’s football so you cannot win all
the time but we will to ensure the team turns out well before the end of the
season,” the former Nigeria striker posited.
Speaking further, Amokachi however added that he is yet to
know the team but says he will liaise with technical director, John Obuh to
have a better understanding of the team.
“I still don’t know the team yet because I just came in and
everything is in the hands of our technical director (Obuh), but I will speak
to him so I can have a better understanding of how the team is,” he added.For
